1. Eligibility

1.1 The giveaway is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW) who are aged 18 years or over.

1.2 Directors, management, employees, and their immediate families of the promoter, associated entities (stores within the Marulan Village Centre), and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

2.1 The competition commences at 12:01 AM AEST on 10th August 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 30th August 2024.

3.Entry Requirements

3.1 To enter the giveaway, participants must spend a minimum of $20 at one of the specialty stores in the Marulan Village Centre to receive an entry ticket. To complete a valid entry, participants must write their name and phone number on the entry ticket and place it in the barrel. Barrel locations will be made available on the Community Notice Board throughout the competition period.

3.2 Participating stores include:

- The Lazy George Café

- TMT Tobacconist

- CRSF Western Store

- Little Fairytail Hair

- TerryWhite Chemmart Marulan

- The Shed Marulan

3.3 Customers can enter as many times as they choose by spending a minimum of $20 in any specialty store within the competition period.

4. Exclusions

4.1 Excludes purchases made at IGA Marulan + Liquor. Excludes purchases on newspaper and consignment items made in The Shed Marulan. Excludes purchases on prescription medications at TerryWhite Chemmart Marulan.

5. Prize Details

5.1 The total RRP prize pool is valued at $705.00 AUD.

5.2 The prizes are as follows:

1st Prize - Value $350

- Grocery Hamper from IGA Marulan + Liquor - valued at $165

- Treatment, Wash & Blow Dry from Little Fairytail Hair - valued at $85

- $100 TerryWhite Chemmart Voucher from TerryWhite Chemmart Marulan

2nd Prize - Value $200

- Décor Pack from The Shed Marulan - valued at $150

- $50 The Lazy George Café Voucher from The Lazy George Café

3rd Prize - Value $155

- $50 CRSF Western Store Voucher and Cap from CRSF Western Store - valued at $105

- $50 TMT Tobacconist Voucher from TMT Tobacconist

5.3 The vouchers are valid until the date specified on the vouchers issued by the voucher providers.

5.4 The above-mentioned prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other products or services.

5.5 The vouchers can only be used in the voucher providers stores at the Marulan Village Centre.

5.6 Prizes must be collected from The Marulan Village Centre within 5 business days after the winners are announced.

6. Draw date and time

6.1 All valid entries will be included in the draw.

6.2 The random draw will take place at 10:00AM AEST Saturday 31st August, 2024.

6.3 The FIRST valid entries drawn will be the winner(s) of the prizes.

7. Winner Notifications

7.1 The winner will be contacted via phone on the day of the draw.

7.2 The winner must claim their prize by picking up their prize from 69-73 George St Marulan, 2579 within 5 business days after the draw.

7.3 Marulan Village Centre takes no responsibility for a lost or stolen prizes during or after delivery.

7.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 business days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and a replacement winner will be drawn.

8. General

8.1 The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.2 The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

8.3 By entering this competition, participants consent to the promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed, and/or supplied by the promoter.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.

9.2 The promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

10. Privacy

10.1 The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and will not disclose such information to third parties, except for where required to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.

10.2 All entries become the property of the promoter.

11 . Changes to Terms & Conditions

11.1 Marulan Village Centre Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
